1. What this site is
"Meshalevet" is a free classified board whose purpose is to connect parents of children with special needs with inclusion aides (the "Service"). The site is an introduction platform only — it does not employ aides, is not a party to any engagement between users, and does not screen, verify employment history, or run background checks on advertisers.
2. Registration and use
Posting ads and sending contact requests require registration with a verified email address. Each user may edit and delete only the ads they published. Use of the site is free.
3. Posting rules
Ads must not include:
- A full name, phone number, email, or any other identifying detail — contact details are exchanged only through the site's consent mechanism;
- A child's name, the name of an educational institution, or details that allow identifying a minor;
- False, misleading, offensive, or discriminatory information;
- Advertising or commercial content unrelated to the site's purpose.
We may remove ads that break these rules and block users who harm the community.
4. Liability
Any engagement between parents and aides — including checking fit, references, employment terms, and pay — is the sole responsibility of the parties. We recommend meeting in person, asking for references, and verifying suitable training before starting work. The site is provided as-is and we are not liable for any damage arising from its use or from an engagement formed through it.
5. Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.
6. Changes and contact
We will update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version. For questions and reports, use the report button on any ad.
