A safe place to find each other

An inclusion aide (סייעת משלבת, meshalevet) is a personal aide who accompanies a child with special needs integrated into a mainstream kindergarten or school. She supports the child academically and socially — and finding the right one can change a whole school year.

Meshalevet is a free board for both sides: aides publish a profile with their experience, areas, and availability; parents publish what they are looking for. Browsing is open to everyone — posting requires a free, email-verified account.

Contact happens only by mutual consent. Ads never show full names or contact details. When one side asks to connect and the other approves — and only then — both sides receive each other's contact details.

Our privacy commitment: no surnames, no children's names, no contact details in public ads. Everything sensitive is stored separately and revealed only with your explicit approval.
